Due to continuing expansion and the forthcoming opening of our new Muti-million pound site at Cherry Orchard Way, we have a vacancy for a full time Senior Service Advisor for our Vauxhall Main Dealership in Southend. This is a pivotal role, managing the daily activities of our Service Reception. The highest levels of customer satisfaction are a pre-requisite and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the communication, organisation and leadership skills to ensure this happens.The role is ideally suited to someone already in a Service Advisor role in a major dealership and looking to take the next step. A technical knowledge and the ability to work closely with technicians would be a major advantage as the allocation of work within our workshop will also be a major part of the role.
